Fast and Stupid Easy Gluten & Dairy-Free Recipes

Finding healthy gluten and dairy-free recipes is hard, especially when you are trying to hit a high protein count, low calories, and you want it to taste decent. Don’t you worry, I outlined my favorite high protein gluten and dairy-free recipes.

I don’t get tired of food and I don’t have a family to cook for so these recipes are always in rotation and I have been eating for about 3 months now. If you want more ideas, let me know and I can experiment and report back for more.

Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • Vega Sport Protein Powder  (my new fav bc it has 30 grams of protein instead of 20 like regular plant-based protein powder)
  • 1 egg
  • Arbonne Digestion Plus
  • Collagen Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • Banana

Directions:

  • Add everything except almond butter and banana
  • Microwave for 1 min and 30 secs
  • Add almond butter and cut banana

Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • Canned Chicken
  • Salt Free Herb & Garlic seasoning
  • Daiya Dairy Free Cheese 
  • Spinach
  • Avocado 
  • Sriracha

Directions:

  • Drain and heat canned chicken on stove top for about 4 mins with the seasoning 
  • Add the chicken on a bed of spinach and layer on all the toppings

Protein Berry Shake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Blend everything together and add a straw

Egg Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites (or liquid eggs for fewer calories)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Sprinkle of Daiya Cheese
  • 2 tbsp guacamole

Directions:

  • Scramble eggs and add the spinach to wilt
  • Remove and add cheese and guac
  • Optional add salsa

Chick Fil A Grilled 12 Piece Nuggets

  • Calories: 200
  • Protein: 34 grams
  • Fat: 4.5 grams

Tuna on Rice Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can of tuna in water
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • Optional Pickles & cheese
  • 3 Plain Rice cakes

Directions:

  • Drain can of tuna and add it in a bowl with the mayo
  • Put the tuna mixture on the rice cakes
  • If you want to make it a melt, place it on a sheet and broil it with cheese on top
  • Add the pickles once it comes out of the oven

Beyond Beef “Burger Salad”

Ingredients:

  • 1 Beyond Beef Patty
  • Burger Seasoning of choice
  • 1 Cup of spinach
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • Sprinkle of Daiya cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayo

Directions:

  • Cook patty as you would a real beef patty, either on the grill or the stove top and add seasoning on both sides
  • Once cooked, add on a bed of spinach and layer on tomato and cheese
  • I mix the ketchup and mayo before adding and use as a dressing

Chocolate Protein Cookies

IngredientsL

Directions:

  • Add PB2 first and mix in water to make it creamy PB consistency
  • Add all other ingredients
  • Make sure it looks like cookie dough and not too sticky. If so, add a little more PP or PB2
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 mins
