I love me a matching set especially after working from home for the last 3 years and now being a mom. Sometimes leggings are not the vibe and some days you just can’t put on the jeans. Sweats are comfy but sometimes you want to feel cute but also comfy and warm. So when sweater sets became a trend, I jumped all over it! I have a list of some of the best sweater sets I have found. Some I own and some I want.
Amazon Sets
Amazon is a hit or miss when it comes to clothes, we know but I have scoured the web, read reviews, and purchased some to give you the ones that are worth it.
Free People Hailee Sweater Set Dupe – $50
This set comes in 22 colors so you are bound to find a color that you like. It is true to size but leans a little small. I got my true size medium and it’s fitted but not tights. If you want it oversized, go up a size. The waistband fits nicely but the length is a little short for my preference. They hit right at my ankle right above my foot and I’m 5’6″. It’s thinner than the original Free People Hailee sweater sets.
Pull Over and Jogger Sweater Set – $40
This set comes in 23 colors. It has almost 1,500 4 stars reviews. People say that the top is loose but the pants are tighter and a little on the petite side. If you are in between sizes, I would go up based on the reviews.
Freya Amazon Dupe – $52
If you want the Free People look but not the price, this is a great dupe for the Freya Set. It has over 1,000 4.2 star reviews in 17 different color combos. The fabric is different and I could wear a small in the Free People but in this dupe, I got a Large. I have it in both the black set and the cream set. I would say true to size for a good fit but size up if you want a more oversized pant and longer top because it is cropped.
Free People
Hailee Sweater Set -$128
This is the most coveted set Free People has. EVERYONE has or wants this set. It’s very oversized if you get your true size. I got a medium which is my normal size and I like the fit but the waistband is too big. I took it in myself because the pants wouldn’t be as loose if I got a small. It’s a cropped style so keep that in mind if you are shorter than, I would say 5’4″. It’s a warm knit and thicker than the Amazon one.

Hailee Cardigan Sweater Set – $128
Everyone LOVES the original Hailer Sweater Set so when they came out with a cardigan version, I knew everyone would freak out about it. It’s Free People so I would size down for a little more fitted or your true size if you want it oversized.
Freya Sweater Set – $128
This is probably my favorite set. The pants are a perfect fit and the cropped short sleeve sweater is perfect for warmer fall and winter climates (like me in Texas). I got my true size medium and want it in another color. You could put a long sleeve under to make it warmer but it’s great for around the house where you control the temperature.
